5. Ambulance Setup & Customization

Medstocks provides complete ambulance equipment supply and installation.
Customization services are performed collaboratively with ShumbaMed, our official partner.

By availing ambulance customization services, you acknowledge that:

  • Customization timelines may vary based on vehicle model, equipment type, and regulatory requirements.
  • Specification sheets, layout designs, and equipment lists must be approved by the client before installation.
  • Once approved, changes may incur additional fees.
  • Regulatory compliance (RTA, MOHAP, DOH, DHA, etc.) is the responsibility of the vehicle owner unless contractually stated otherwise.

6. Pricing, Payments & Quotations

  • All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.
  • Quotations are valid for 7–30 days depending on the product/service.
  • Payment terms will be specified in proforma invoices.
  • Custom orders and ambulance setups may require a non-refundable advance payment.
  • Medstocks reserves the right to adjust prices due to manufacturer changes or market conditions.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Installation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Medstocks is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Supplier delays
  • Logistics companies
  • Force majeure events

Installation and onsite support (if included) must be scheduled in advance.

8. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical equipment and customized installations:

  • Returns are accepted only for unused items in original packaging within 7 days.
  • Customized or specially ordered items are non-refundable.
  • Defective items will be repaired or replaced based on manufacturer warranty.
  • Ambulance customization payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

9. Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, mishandling, or physical damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Consumables and accessories unless specified

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service.

We do not sell or share your information with unauthorized third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
